We view our supply chain as an extension of our own operations. As a PLC operating in highly regulated sectors—including Utilities, Civil Engineering, and Rail—we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and ethical governance across our entire project portfolio.

Becoming a Supplier 

We are actively seeking to expand our supply chain for upcoming framework agreements in the UK infrastructure sector. We are looking for partners who share our commitment to:

• Sustainability: Commitment to carbon reduction and waste management.

Compliance Requirements

To work with Civil Connect PLC, all subcontractors and site-based suppliers must demonstrate robust compliance. We do not accept self-certification.

Mandatory requirements for our supply chain include:

1. Common Assessment Standard (CAS): We require all major packages to be delivered by CAS-accredited partners.
2. SSIP Accreditation: A valid Safety Schemes in Procurement certificate is the minimum entry standard for site access.
3. Financial Robustness: All partners are subject to credit checks and financial health assessments.
4. Corporate Governance: Adherence to our Anti-Bribery, Modern Slavery, and GDPR policies (available below).

How to Join

Civil Connect PLC utilises Constructionline to manage supply chain risk and onboarding.

• Existing Constructionline Members: If you hold Gold (CAS) status, please contact our procurement team to be added to our approved list.
• New Applicants: Please ensure your accreditation is current before submitting an Expression of Interest.
