The Role

As a Business Development Salesperson, your primary responsibility will be to develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, actively identifying business opportunities, and introducing them to Civil Connect PLC’s service offerings. This is a pivotal role in our growth strategy for the Southeast and will require a proactive, results-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your existing portfolio of industry contacts to secure immediate business opportunities.
  • Actively seek and engage new clients, presenting Civil Connect PLC as a superior service provider.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Establish and drive new contracts, assisting in the growth of the Southeast operations.
  • Consistently meet and exceed business development and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements
